Car park
We do not have private parking area. There are space in front of hotel for 2-3 cars only. Also this space mostly full in high season.
You can find parking space around hotel on the road, which could be 50-200 away depending to the availability. We do not give parking attendant service.
Contracted Beach
We do not have private beach. Livia Hotel is located at Küçükçakıl area, Derya Beach and Çınarlar Beach are just opposite of the hotel, from 50 meters away. These beaches do not have entrance fee, sunbeds and umbrellas are chargeable but also they deduct from your daily spend.

Location
Livia Hotel located Küçükçakıl area. Kaş Square just 3 minutes from hotel. You can easily a-ccess to Kaş Bus Station in 5 minutes by taxi.
Breakfast
We serve our breakfast with your ordered egg for you. Drinks (Tea, Fresh Filter coffe, friut juice etc.) are open buffet while breakfast.
Ironing and Laundry
We do not have iron in our rooms. Our guest can give us their clothes for ironing or they can use themselves in our laundry.
Our laundry service is 25 TRY for each machine. We wash, dry and give back your clothes next morning.
